What are you seasoning with, there? I’m a S+P with liberal amounts of cumin type of guy with the sweet potato fries.
Any success in getting them crispy?

The cumin sounds good. I like the salt, pepper and adobo route. Really, most spices seem to get in the way of the great natural sweet potato flavor.
