So here’s the deal, I have a tie on in this picture. I wear a tie to work at least once a week. I don’t really wear a tie more on one day or another, but I tend to wear them less frequently on Fridays. I also tend to wear them more frequently in the winter time than in the steaming hot Alabama summertime.
Despite all of this I get a comment every time I wear a tie. Inevitably the comment is about why I am dressed up, if I have a job interview, hot date or funeral. I don’t understand why people so quickly notice when I am wearing a tie one week then forget the next.
It doesn’t bother me that people don’t member or make comments about the tie, I’m just curious.
So here’s my plan every time I wear a tie I’ll shoot a picture and blog it. I may even document who makes a casual comment about it.
All in the name of science of course.
