I know it seems silly, but I have a thing for airplanes. I love to fly. I even earned my aviation merit-badge and flew in a Cessna 172. I love to fly for assignments or really any occasion.
I remember my dad( Or Mom apparently) teaching me this song when I was little and I couldn’t stop humming it at he airshow-though I did manage to not flip my hands upside down against my face doing the hand googles thing.
Up in the air junior birdman
Up in the air upside down
Up in the air junior birdman
Keep your noses off the ground
When you hear the grand announcement
that your wings are made of tin.
Then you know that Junior Birdman,
has turned his box tops in.
For it takes: 5 box tops,
4 bottle bottoms,
3 coupons,
2 wrappers,
and one thin dime!

Pretty sure your mom taught you that song. Your dad is rarely that silly.

Never mind, the lyrics are wrong. It must have been Dad.

Hey hey hey! What no junior birdman goggles? You know you can lose your wings for that! We’ll need to brush up on the lyrics.
