Just a frame from one of many “To Kill a Mockingbird” panel discussions as part of the Gadsden Reads ( Or as many refer to the novel “How To Kill a Mockingbird” I think it would be a lovely field guide for all of those budding songbird hunters.) I die a little inside each time I hear it.

    I think the proper title of that field guide is “How to Kill a Mockingbird for Dummies.”

    To resurrect the dying potion inside, simply reread this masterpiece. It’s poignant majesty can erase all mishandlings of its title.
