Someone’s bonnet is about to get exciting

A local apiarist (thats a beekeeper to all of you not in the know) had some bee hives stolen. As the victim said
“Someone had to know what they were doing or they were complete idiots.”
I personally am hoping it is the latter rather than the former(I think I have that right- I am rooting for stupid idiots) Seriously who steals bees?
It was a cool story-one of those experiences I get on a semi-regular basis. I got to walk around as a bee keeper worked on his hives- I had bees swarming around me and I learned a bunch of cool things about bees from this guy.
Seriously, I get to meet all of these interesting people and hear their interesting stories-

You do know about the current bee crisis don’t you? Lots of hives are being stolen because of the mysterious demise of so many bees across the nation. Everyone’s abuzz about it.

wow-I was just waiting of a pun and you got it in under the wire. yes I have heard about the bee shortage-but it sounds like we are ok in the South.
