Cola War Casualties and the Sketchy GT Fridge

The moral of this story is don’t trust the crisper. The crisper lies and will ruin your soda.
This is the GT break room fridge and while I don’t use it for anything other than the occasional lunch leftover holding zone or a place to stash some film ( just kidding this isn’t 1991) many people keep stores of beverages in various hidey holes in the fridge. I swear people are like squirrels and stash sodas forget about them and find them six months later.
back tiothe story, I was sitting at my desk and Cyndi in an oddly concerned voice asked me to bring my camera back to the breakroom. Apparently a stockpile of Sprite asploded in the fridge. In the crisper no less so the ice chips in the crisper, really are soda guts, poor little can of sprite. Also bop over to Cyndi’s blog to hear this story retold much better. [ad#afterpost]

i’m guessing that is sprite slushie?
Yup sprite slushness and i guess anything is crisper than a liquid. I just thought they had a separate freezer if you wanted things frozen.
