Kayaking on Terrapin Creek

Some of the bike and tri group went with me up to Terrapin Creek to float the river. I say tried because the creek was way down and didn’t have that much water. We did about 8 miles though we only had to get out a few times to carry the boats. I think this would be a lot more fun with another foot of water and if Carmine didn’t have a leaky boat.

    That leaking boat, which got heavier by the minute - and which I didn’t know was leaking until we got out of the water at the end! - has made me feel very fat. How, by the way, does one spell “pedunkedunk”? Is that right?
