Chicken stock, stir fried/sautéed mirepoix – with chow mein noodles- some soy and siracha, rice wine and bada bing bada boom- dinner

Gluten free Bob’s Red Mill crust- made from scratch.
Red sauce made from scratch with roasted roma tomatoes.
Bel Gioioso fresh mozzarella.
Fresh basil.
My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
Red Cross Print Sale
In case I haven’t shilled for the fundraiser enough….
Here’s the thing I don’t like fundraisers- I don’t really love doing them, I hate getting guilted in to them all of that jazz you probably feel too. There are a lot of benevolent groups that I support and believe in, the Etowah County Red Cross is one of them- they support people I know in situations that I’ve seen. The are there for people in literally their worst, most awful times
My goal with this print sale was not to create some boring fundraiser where you buy some overpriced popcorn, cookies or greenery- been there done that.
C scopes out the path
Someone likes to play in the dirt. Now she is playing in the clay. At least I can roll bikes from the basement to the front of the house without hitting the mud or dirt.
